Proposal for partnership

We offer money for your contacts that lead to closed real estate deal. You recommend us as real estate agents to your friends, colleagues, clients, and partners.

In case of a successful deal, we pay you a fixed amount of money as a commision for your work.

Primary market

Apartment/condo cost:

From 0 to 84,000 USD – Reward 1,000 USD
From 84,000 to 195,000 USD – Reward 1,500 USD
From 195,000 to 278,000 USD – Reward 2,000 USD
From 278,000 USD and above – Reward 2,500 USD

Villa / Townhouse cost:

From 278,000 to 556,000 USD – Reward 2,500 USD
From 556,000 to 1,111,000 USD – Reward 3,500 USD
From 1,111,000 USD and up – Reward 4,500 USD

Secondary market

Apartment/condo cost:

From 0 to 84,000 USD – Reward 700 USD
From 84,000 to 195,000 USD – Reward 1000 USD
From 195,000 to 278,000 USD – Reward 1,500 USD
From 278,000 USD and above – Reward 2,000 USD

Villa / Townhouse cost:

From 278,000 to 556,000 USD – Reward 2,000 USD
From 556,000 to 1,111,000 USD – Reward 3,000 USD
From 1,111,000 USD and above – conditions are negotiated for each deal case by case, but not lower than 3,500 USD.

Transfer Process

You agree with your customer that a real estate manager from Thailand will contact him and make a consultation.
Also, you can give your customer our contacts and let him talk with us by their own.

You send us a message/email with clients' contact details and a description of what he is looking for. (In case if you have this information).

We add details about your customer in our CRM system.

We are ready to provide regular feedback on the progress of work with your customer.

If a client refuses to purchase or stops replying us, we will inform you about this.

If the customer makes a purchase, we notify you in writing that the transaction has closed and inform you about the timing of the payment of your commission.

The process of closing a deal in Thailand

Reservation Payment

The client makes a deposit of up to 5,000 USD. (The deposit is non-refundable)
Initial Payment

Within 30 days, the client makes the initial payment or pays the entire amount if ready to cover 100%.
Agent Commission Payment

According to the contract, the commission is paid within 30 days from the moment of the first payment. (It is not deposit)

Registration of our partnership

For individuals

We formalize an agency agreement and have both parties sign it. The commission is paid to your card or crypto wallet after deducting all transfer fees.

For Company's

We enter into a legal agreement between our companies. The payment is made to the company's account via SWIFT transfer.
